How it works: 

• Contact us to discuss your requirements – whether it is the delivery of promotional material to an exhibition centre, or the collection, and delivery of a complete trade stand. 

• We can also advise if we are able to include a light assembly and disassembly service or if, for substantial exhibition stands, you will need to book a skilled construction team. 

• In the event it is a stand you require transporting, we will visit you to discuss exactly what is needed, assess what vehicle(s) that will be require for the transport and how many members of the Distribusha team (up to a maximum of three) will be required for unloading and loading of the exhibition materials, and if a light assembly service will be required. 

• We can also provide same-day erection, wait and return for smaller exhibition stands. 

• We are happy to work on the layout and light construction of an exhibition stand/display under the supervision of a member of your staff if you feel it would be beneficial. 

• Providing there are no major changes to the exhibition stand or volume of materials that will require transportation and possible erection, for future events all you will need to do is contact us in advance and book a time for collection and return of your exhibition materials.
