Thereafter, we will discuss what you need from us in terms of the size of display materials you need transporting, from where to where. We will then talk to you about making sure that all materials and equipment are safely packaged and wrapped to avoid the possibility of any damage in transport. We will then collect your events display and promotional equipment either on the day of the exhibition if local, or a day or two before if at a national venue. We will then deliver all the equipment to the area where you have chosen to have your stall or display stand, and while we will help to unload everything, it is not usual for us to erect everything as only you know how you want your display and promotional area to look. Once the event is over, it could be the end of that day, or it could be a week later, we will come back, ensure everything has been correctly wrapped for safe transportation, and then return it to the location it was collected from, or possibly to the next event if there is a short break between the two.

they have been delivered to the event venue. As exhibition halls can be busy environments with high foot traffic, we strongly recommend that customers arrange their own insurance for materials once they have been received at the venue.
Yes, we offer temporary storage solutions if you need to hold exhibition materials before or after the event. Storage must be arranged in advance, and additional fees may apply depending on the duration and size of the consignment.
Absolutely. Through our years of experience gained in providing exhibition and event courier services we have realised that we need to be able to provide three types of service. Some exhibition materials are made for a one-off event and do not need collecting after the exhibition. Some event and exhibition materials are designed for one-off evets but are, by design, recyclable. We are able to both collect and deliver your materials to an appropriate recycling centre. Finally, we have the more substantial and durable event materials which are intended for multiple occasions. We can collect these materials after the event and return them to your preferred location. To ensure a smooth pickup, please provide details in advance, including collection time, location, and any access restrictions at the venue.
Yes, we handle large and bulky items such as exhibition stands, AV equipment, and staging materials. However, you must provide accurate weight and dimension details in advance, plus digital photographs if you have them, and any special equipment required for unloading (such as a forklift or tail lift) must be arranged beforehand.
At the moment, we only provide exhibition courier services within the UK. For international events, we recommend working with a logistics provider that specialises in cross-border exhibition freight.
We can complete the delivery regardless of whether someone is present to receive it, as long as the venue allows unattended drop-offs. However, once delivered, we are not responsible for the security of the items. If the venue requires a signed handover, we will attempt to contact you or a designated recipient. If we need to return with the consignment or wait for someone to collect it, additional charges may apply.
