We provide a lockable, water- and fire-resistant document holder to protect the contents and when we both collect and deliver the document, we will take photographs of the condition of the envelope to confirm it was sealed on receipt and sealed on delivery. We will also ask the recipient to sign and confirm the envelope was sealed when the document was delivered.
If the document has to be left unattended when in the vehicle (if the driver has to take a toilet break) document will be kept in secure, discreetly located secure container to protect it against any opportunistic thief. If the delivery is scheduled for the following day, it will be kept overnight in a safe.

Not everybody can make it to an office to sign or deliver a contract on a specific day. It can be a deadline for the submission of a legal tender, the delivery of a signed contract for a property purchase when there is a contract race, or there can be a deadline that has to be met for the submission of a contract quote for a major construction project. Beyond this, we will also take a photograph of the recipient with the document which will be sent to you as soon as it has been taken. We find this is the best way to confirm safe delivery as we feel it is our responsibility to let you know that the mission has been successfully accomplished, and not that of the recipient of the documents.
